Field Trip Day
We've been learning about nutrition and places in our community, so today we visited our local Giant grocery store for a tour. We enjoyed hearing, seeing, and tasting several foods that are prepared and sold. We even got to pet a live lobster and stand in the freezer where food is stored! Best of all, we received a grocery bag filled with goodies to remember our time.

Soon we'll have a lot of eager readers, so what a better place to visit than the public library! We got to see how books are returned, sorted and checked out. We also enjoyed a story time and tour of the children's area where we found a few good books to read!
